Lonny Ward has worked for over 15 years in the agricultural business world. He has spent the past several years mentoring Ethiopian educators and farmers to learn skills to improve their lives. Lonny has a passion for helping others develop their strengths and started Lonny Ward Consulting in 2010. He and his wife Erika established Endowed Prosperity so that people from all walks of life can find a way to work together to spread the seeds of prosperity across the world. Lonny & Erika are the parents of 7 children & live in Genola, Utah.

Special Guest Speaker: Abera Chala
Abera is a native of Ethiopia and  manages the investment farming and cattle operations for Morrell Agro Industries, a Utah-based third-world investment company. Abera is a mentor and teacher to other Ethiopians, helping them understand business and farming techniques. He lives with his wife and two children in Kersa Illala, a small village in rural Ethiopia. Abera is a self-motivated, inspiring man who has a fascinating personal story of persistence and success. We are honored to have him speak at our seminar.
